I have never been more disappointed or angry about an online purchase of any kind. I purchased 2 shrubs for $156 in the #3 container size. They arrived completely destroyed, every limb snapped and most leaves off. They were also extremely small only about 1/3 of the size of other bushes I've purchased in #3 container. Then I sent an email with pictures and received no response or refund !!! No one should ever purchase anything from this company when there are other good companies to purchase shrubs online from. Terrible product but even worse customer service
