Refund policy
All sales are final. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request pictures of the shipping packaging and plants depending on your delivery concern.
We pride ourselves in providing great quality and plants that are in good health. We do not except returns, exchanges, or refunds. We cannot accept responsibility for plants injured outside of our control. Some of these are but not limited to poor soil conditions, improper planting, ignoring planting zones, neglect, and extreme weather.
