Shipping policy

 

All orders will be shipped within 7-10 days after your order has been submitted and payment has been processed.  Depending on weather conditions, we may hold your order and ship at a later date. If you need your order to be delivered during a certain week, this selection can be made at checkout. We will send you tracking information via email or text when your order in on the way. Please be sure to be able to receive your package when delivered.  These plants will have been on a journey and will need to be unpackaged as soon as they arrive.

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of your order price.  We are not responsible for late deliveries for reasons out of our control.

Some plant material may not be shipped until the date (season) noted on our website.  We offer preorders so that you can be assured to receive the plants in need when they arrive back in stock or are in season.

***We ship to addresses within the Continental United States.  Some plants will not be shipped to certain states because of strict shipping restrictions.  These states can be found in the product details of each plant. Sorry for any inconvenience.***

If you would like to purchase plants to be shipped during the Spring Growing Season for your zone, use the chart below to help you select the best time for shipping. You can select a custom ship date at check out. Keep in mind that most orders are shipped on a Monday or Tuesday.
