The Firepower Nandina has a very attractive foliage during all seasons. The compact, broad leaf shrub is graced with lime green leaves that are dappled with red hues in the spring. The leaf color transitions into summer mostly lime green turning to a brilliant red in the fall. This is one of the most favorable Nandina varieties because of its compact size and eye catching foliage. It is well known for its use in borders, mass plantings, and containers.
